I was disappointed with my most recent order. I was contacted via WhatsApp and told that my order would be delayed because the seller was traveling, with delivery postponed until July 26. When July 26 arrived, I still had to follow up myself to request tracking information. I was then told the shipment would be expedited.

Unfortunately, the product itself was also disappointing. The taste and quality of the Quroot had noticeably declined compared with my previous order. I had ordered before and was expecting the same quality, but this time both the service and the product fell short of my expectations. I will not be ordering from this store again.

I’ve ordered a variety of dry fruits from you many times, and I’ve always been satisfied. But this time I’m very disappointed. Some of the dry fruits had bugs inside, and the quality of the kurut was not good. I will have to think carefully before placing my next order.
