2. Unopened and Unused Products: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that the product is in the same condition as you received it.

3. Quantity Consideration: As part of our return policy, the quantity of the product consumed will be taken into account. If the item is partially consumed, a partial refund may be issued based on the remaining quantity.

4. Return Authorization: Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team at NS2Agent@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without an RA number will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

6. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
