Just let us know within 15 Days of receiving your delivery. 

Simply follow these easy steps: 

1. Tell us on this form that you’d like a refund, and how many open / un-open bags you’ll  be returning (1 bag of each product is allowed).
2. We will email you the address where you can return your bag(s).
3. Place the bag(s) in a box and mail it to us.
4. We will initiate your refund within 4-day of receiving your package. 

Can I get a refund even if it’s not my first purchase? 

You might have a legitimate reason to request a refund, even if it’s not your first time  ordering. Use the same form to let us know what went wrong and we’ll do our best to  make it right. 

*Full refund means the total amount you paid for up to 1 bag of each product + shipping  and handling + sales tax.
