Quroot

This batch is too soft. I am not sure what is pot in it to make it soft but it does not taste like good old quroot. Aside from nostalgia, what is quroot good for anyway. So please bring back the good old quroot.

Most recent batch was not salty and the pieces were much larger than I like. Sometimes there are hairs in it so hair net for whomever making them might be great. Otherwise I am glad the option to purchase it in US is great. So thank you!

I was disappointed with my most recent order. I was contacted via WhatsApp and told that my order would be delayed because the seller was traveling, with delivery postponed until July 26. When July 26 arrived, I still had to follow up myself to request tracking information. I was then told the shipment would be expedited.

Unfortunately, the product itself was also disappointing. The taste and quality of the Quroot had noticeably declined compared with my previous order. I had ordered before and was expecting the same quality, but this time both the service and the product fell short of my expectations. I will not be ordering from this store again.

Qurut and dried fig were very bad quality
